Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

e. The third party (if any) with whom Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online offers the Application to Users has terminated its relationship with Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online or no longer offers related services to Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online or Users;
f. Providing Applications to Users is no longer profitable or commercially viable for Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online ; or
g. User repeatedly violates this Agreement.
Upon the occurrence of any provisions based on Article 18.2 above, Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online may terminate this Agreement at any time and/or prohibit the User from using the Application in the future, with or without notification to the User.
User may terminate this Agreement at any time by terminating User's access to the Application. However, User's obligations under this Agreement will continue to apply even after such termination.
When this Agreement ends, all legal rights, obligations and responsibilities that the User and Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online have obtained, or that have been obtained during the validity of the Agreement or which are stated to continue indefinitely, will not be terminated, and will continue to apply to the rights -These rights, obligations and responsibilities are unlimited.
You agree that Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online is not responsible for the loss of User data after the termination of operations of Jamkrida Bali Suretyship Online and for any other responsibilities.
The Agreement and any non-contractual relationships arising from it are governed and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
All disputes arising from, or touching upon or related to this Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of each provision, the rights and obligations of each party, which cannot be resolved by deliberation within a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date the dispute will be referred to and ultimately resolved through arbitration regulated by the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (“ BANI ”) in accordance with BANI regulations (“ Regulations BANI ”) in force at that time, where such regulations are deemed to be referenced in this Agreement.
